Oleg has an impressive background of more than 20 years of regional and global business development. Among his employers were such companies as Microsoft, PwC, investment banks, and other organizations with business models based primarily on human capital. For the last six years, Oleg devoted himself to dealing with startups, business angels, corporate innovation teams, and VC funds.

Studied economics and graduated from the Executive MBA program IE Business School in Spain.
